(October 28, 2019, 4:24 am)This is Mexican fast food for people who are HUNGRY. The burritos are big in size and flavor, whether you get them plain or smothered. My favorite is the Colorado: steak, potatoes, and seasonings -- just add red & green hot sauce inside or on top. An order of chips & guacamole is enough for two, and ask for two forks: the guac & cheese are scattered all over the generous pile of chips. For me, a trip to the Springs is not complete without a visit to Taco Express.
