Western Omelette

Great food and very large portions. The service was a bit slow but we were not in any hurry which the waitress probably picked up on so probably our doing. The food came out perfectly as ordered for our 7 person group and everyone was satisfied with their good. They do have a couple TV's so it would probably be a great place to eat on football Sunday if you're waiting for your team.

I like the people, the atmosphere, and, the food. I came here as a grown up, and it's the same as when I was a kid. Right around my old spruce st. Neighborhood, where I was raised. The owner, is native, and it's family owned. I love the french toast, and like the menu. The waitresses are friendly, and know, the regulars. There are restrooms, tables and chairs, and a parking lot. Even if it's just coffee, I'm sure your welcomed, but it's called western omelette, for a reason. Five stars, and a favourite, if ever in the neighborhood...

Western Omelette is a great place for a solid breakfast! They open plenty early, the service is friendly, the food is good and plentiful. They have a wide variety of typical breakfast and lunch dishes plus unique offerings like my favorite, the breakfast chimichanga.

Great food, especially the breakfast chimi! Nice, quick service and staff and very reasonable prices! The green chili rocks my world! I've moved North of Denver but anytime I'm back in Colorado Springs I make sure to stop in! Thanks!!!

It's been a while since I have been to Western, but I was pleased to return! I had the Pony breakfast. The eggs were cooked as I asked, over medium. The hash browns were crisp and delicious, but the serving size was small! Saving the best for last.......the bacon! 3 large pieces of crisp and delicious bacon, made up for the skimpy hash brown serving. Our server was pleasant, but I had to ask to have my coffee refilled, twice! Did I mention the delicious bacon?
