Arby's

Was good. My first time having Arby's, thought the sandwiches were bigger based on pictures but was good nonetheless.

Had an issue with my order. Andrea the manager was more then willing to fix the issue and gave me the refund I requested. She also insisted on remaking the items even tho I told her no it was fine. She wanted to go above and beyond to insure I was satisfied to the fullest. Mistakes happen especially during large lunch or dinner rushes but to have great management is hard to find a lot of times. Thank u Andrea!!! I hope they know how outstanding u are. U earned my respect and gained back a customer.

There french dips are very good. We also had the apple turnovers, they were fresh flaky and warm yum!

I only stopped to use restroom, but place looked very clean and well lite. Food coming out looked good! ????

The food was terrific, but, I'm doing a survey (which I typically do not do for Fast Food places,) but, I'm doing this review because we had a server/cashier Named Wilma. She REALLY, and TRULY made the experience unforgettable, with her great work, kindness and going out of her way to help us! Now, I know I won't be using the drive thru, because she made our experience so great! The rest of the staff, were also on point: they worked effectively, quickly, but, with great attitudes, which, believe me, you SO rarely find anyone (especially in the dining and retail areas) as special as Wilma, and as the evening staff, and Wilma, and the other's working later in the day, seem excellent, and I cannot stress enough, how they are definitely assets to your Company, and we want to say a heartfelt, "thank you," for Wilma, and ALL of your staff!
