Monument Pies & Grinders

I stopped in this place because I had heard they you could only get slices before 3 o'clock after that you can only get full pies and I am a fan of New York style pizza. I gotta tell you this was one delicious slice. Keep in mind that this is a limited experience because he was just a slice the had to be warmed up for me. That being said it was impeccable it was crispy at the bottom it tasted like New York pizza they you will get in in New York pizza shop. It was hot it wasn't drenched in sauce it had the right amount of cheese and most importantly it tasted amazing. The young girl that was there told me about it being a family owned business. And they are crazy proud of their pizza their ingredients and making everything from scratch. I can't wait to go in there and order myself an 18" original New York style pizza fresh out the oven I will submit a new review then. Until then you have to go... You simply have to

If you're going to order online for delivery... make sure the weather isn't bad. The website will allow you to order for delivery even if they don't have any drivers running.

Other than that, the Pizza and Wings are pretty dang good. Good people too.
