The new owners are great. Great food and atmosphere. The blonde bartender is very attentive even when she is busy.

Went here yesterday for the first time and was very impressed by the friendliness of the bartender and the quality of the food. The bartender raved about the burger, and while it was indeed very good, I thought the fresh cut French fries stole the show.

Great spot to stop for beers and bar food. Try the oysters, they're better than you think!

I love this place! Went in for the first time and stuck out like a sore thumb. The bartender made us feel welcome. Pretty soon we were chatting with the locals and having a great time. We can't wait to go Thursday for half off drinks, all day and all night!

My husband and I had gone to Peyton to buy a utility trailer,the couple was the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. So on our way home(Pueblo)we saw Pop A Top and decided to stop and eat. Best choice we ever made! Ordered hamburgers and french fries. They were cooked perfectly. The waitress was Riana and she was attentive,helpful and very friendly. I'm sorry to say I didn't get the cooks name and I should have because he did a great job. I like my french fries real crispy and I send them back if they're not. As you can guess,I sent them back. The cook brought them out himself and apologized. I told him it wasn't his fault.The french fries were perfectly cooked,extra crispy. I have told everyone to stop and eat there if they get the chance. I highly recommend it!!!!
