First off, the Lamb Burger with Gyro Meat on top is absolutely amazing. The restaurant is hiding on the back side of an office type building, but the inside is very decorative and nice. The reason for only 3 stars is because we also had the Salmon Pasta Special, and frankly, it was really bad (in our opinions). In fact, the leftovers were fed to the wild animals. My thoughts are... Definitely try this place. If you eat Lamb, don't deny yourself the Lambolicious (or whatever it is called). Skip the salmon Pasta and go for the Salmon Dinner, if your need Salmon. Oh, and they curry carrot side was also super awesome. After thinking about it, I bumped it up to four stars, because if I had only had the Lamb and Carrot Curry Side, I would have been giving this as easy 5 stars. The other thing is that we thought the prices were bit high... but yeah, yeah, Aspen is nearby etc...

A hidden gem in Carbondale. Great Greek cuisine. I ordered the Greek salad with a scoop of Tuna. Friendly staff and beautiful restaurant. Oh yeah, they also spin vinyl records.

I was not overwhelmed by the food at the goat. I really wanted to love but the food was just okay. We had the french onion soup and salmon pasta and both were okay but not great especially for the price. The staff was excellent though! Our server was very nice and took very good care of us. Not sure ill go back.
