Himalayan Cuisine

After a long day, we walked by and thought we would try something new. Never having had Himalayan food before, we took our waiter’s advice. Excellent food! Great service! Great cocktails! The chicken momo was delicious! Just the right amount of spice in the dipping sauce. My husband had naan with a lamb stew, also delicious (& I do not care for lamb)! Try their dessert, which was like a donut soaked in a fruity sweet flavor served in a yogurt sauce? The outdoor seating was great and the furnishings were well appointed,. The inside and restroom was clean. We highly recommend trying this restaurant. It was better than many other 4+ rated restaurants.

What a lovely charming gem in this beautiful city. Delicious food, calming atmosphere, and server Sagar was kind and attentive. He introduced us to Himalayan cuisine with the best recommendations and our drinks were superb.

This is the great places to stop & do breakfast lunch & dinner at entire west Rocky Mountain in Colorado. The owners were great, kind & humble & kindly cooperated. AWESOME food, GREAT test & real SATISFACTION. Keep it up guys !! 🤙🤙🤙🎊🎉🤙🤙🤙

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Himalayan Cuisine in Glenwood Springs, and it was a truly delightful experience. The restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere with a warm and welcoming staff that makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

The menu features a fantastic selection of Nepalese and Tibetan dishes, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. I highly recommend the vegetable curry, which was perfectly spiced and full of flavor. The momos, traditional Tibetan dumplings, were also a highlight – deliciously tender with a savory filling that left me wanting more.

In addition to the great food, Himalayan Cuisine offers vegan and vegetarian options, making it a versatile choice for groups with diverse dietary needs. The outdoor seating and wheelchair accessibility add to the overall convenience and comfort of the dining experience.

Wow!!! This restaurant is amazing. I love nepali and Indian cuisine, and this is by far the best I’ve had. The Chicken Haandi Biryani was delicious and a nice change-up from Chicken Tikka Masala. The Chicken Jhol Momo was happy-dance incredible and comes with 9 or so momos in a delicious curry-like sauce (photo was part way through the meal). We also started with the samosas. We’re debating if coming back tomorrow is too soon! Can’t wait for warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor patio and salads. We live in Carbondale and stopped here for dinner on our way back from Denver. Highly recommend!!
