Edit, been here a couple more times, and they've really bent over backwards when I had an oddball request, including today. And the food is really good. Upgraded to five stars.
Update: branch in West Glenwood goes under the name Everest, similar and good, more of a shopping center vibe -

(June 8, 2022, 2:22 am)Our favorite place near Glenwood. We ate here in 2019 and just came back today because we missed it so much. Worth the 3 hour drive to eat our favorite food on a mini vacation. The owner is so kind and the food is delicious.

(April 25, 2022, 8:18 pm)I live across the street and this my GO-TO take out option. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the food is ALWAYS ready within a half hour, and it ALWAYS tastes amazing. Two of my favorites are the Chicken Chow Chow (ask for spicy level 10 if you're brave) and the Chicken Momos.

(April 29, 2021, 1:43 am)Delicious food, good service and lots of vegetarian options. Service was very fast & friendly. It shares it's parking lot with, and is sort of hidden behind, a chain gas station, but don't let that fool you. Don't miss this hidden gem- well worth a stop.
