José delivers on every level, despite the obvious challenges of operating a seasonal restaurant. The location simply cannot be beat (that view!), the management staff is professional, friendly, and obviously does whatever they can to keep the place running smoothly, the food is far better than what you normally would find next to the lift at the base of a ski mountain, and the ambiance and vibe are chill/fantastic. Do yourself a favor, grab a margarita, a Mexican shrimp cocktail, and a blanket, and park yourself at the fire pit. You might make a new friend over some live music! A+ all the way around.
