    The staff was so kind. Despite the fact that we had no reservations scheduled they still accommodated us and gave us the best seats at the tables they had avail of course. Food is amazing and they're great portions too

    Great fried chicken! The family style sides were great as well. The bartender made the best Manhattan too. It's a fun quirky spot, we'll be back soon!

    If there is one consistent thing about Crested Butte over the past 20 years, it’s the Slogar’s mouth-watering fried chicken! I dream about it all winter while waiting for the summer season to begin. The staff here is always welcoming and friendly. Five stars for a real class act.

    First off- this was busy Saturday night and my girlfriend and I didn’t have a reservation- so thank you for fitting us in.

    This place rocked- the decor and vibe was great, the staff was kind and knowledgeable and the overall setup of the place is great.

    We got the standard menu and loved it all- it is a must go in Crested Butte and I will be back here whenever I can.

    Southern culture invades CB. Ever been to a church picnic in the South? This food is exactly like that, only better! Throw in a groovier atmosphere, some great cocktails and a friendly staff, and The Slogar is a must visit restaurant. I'll be back.
