Alys' Restaurant

Great little surprise place. We were staying 10 nights in Cuchara and tried to find a nice little 31st anniversary place to celebrate. Perfect!

Had my sister's 40th Birthday Party here. The food was unbelievable and the service was amazing. I highly recommend going to Aly's if in town.

Alys’ Restaurant is an oasis in a desert of fine dining. There are other enjoyable places in the area, but nothing approaching this quality.
The food is excellent, with a verbal menu of the usual steaks and other grilled meats, but also with interesting items and vegetarian items changing weekly. Whatever they’re serving, you can count on it to be well executed and best quality.
The wine list is very nice and the prices are half what you expect in a larger town. You won’t find a quality cocktail like this anywhere at this price.
The desserts are mainly house made and the choices are many, so leave some room!
The dining room and the patio are comfortable and interesting and all is immaculately clean.
You’re going to love this place if you are looking for a relaxing fine dining experience at a very reasonable cost.

A destination restaurant. A must-visit. Rare & delicious experience.

Absolutely fantastic! I'd drive over an hour for this level of quality and value.
