If you order online your order will likely come out how you wanted. If you walk in and have anything remotely unorthodox, like a dairy allergy, they will almost never get it right. Normally it's a bunch of kids working so I don't really blame them but caveat emptor.

They were quick with making our sandwiches fresh to order. Always the best quality and guaranteed to fill you up. It’s great to have a location nearby now!

A corporate sandwich shop is a corporate sandwich shop right? Not true here at this location. You can tell the owner has a lot of pride in their location. I’ve been in before, and the service and sandwiches were great. The shop is always very clean. I had a visit where I was served by the owner. It shows a lot about a location when the owners are going into “the trenches” doing what needs to be done to make sure their customers, and more importantly their staff, are happy. The owner was friendly and you could tell that the number one thought was doing everything need to support their employees. The whole atmosphere is equivalent to that of a local neighborhood shop. Huge round of applause.
