(August 10, 2019, 6:25 pm)I ordered pick-up about 15 minutes ago. I would give 5 stars seeing how the food is great and the fresh bread, but when we order specific sandwiches and items, we expect them to be in the bag and accurate. I ordered a slim, with mayo packets on the side and cut in half. No mayo packets, not cut in half....We work in a business where we have to eat when we can because we get so busy that we don't get lunch breaks. How easy would it have been to just cut it in half and throw in some mayo? Am I asking too much? The energy inside the store was also very bland, I thought they were supposed to be super ecstatic when customers come in, it's only 12:30. Come on guys!
