It doesn't look like much on the outside. In fact. We passed it, and had to circle back around. The restaurant was bright and the staff was friendly. I was intrigued with the unique menu. I ordered my second choice and it was good. The prices were on the high side but I will be back to try something else on the menu.
Morning Story is a hidden gem! I was very surprised at how cozy the atmosphere is based on the strip mall location. The food is fantastic and service was prompt and friendly. I had the classic eggs Benedict and my friend had the waffle, the food is very good and high quality. Two things I was not impressed by; the eggs Benedict was originally listed with greens as a side which I thought was an odd paring, I substituted for hash browns, and the mimosa of the month was not good. It was an odd mix of fresh pressed fruit with champagne, the juice was very bland. I drank it but would not order again. Overall a lovely breakfast spot and I would definitely visit again.
Very impressed with what this location turned into it was an egg and I now it is a locally owned morning story the owner is putting a lot of time and energy into the conversion and remodel. First time in a long time it took us 20 minutes to figure out exactly what we wanted to order, there is just so much quality content and judging by the taste of our food I can I safely assume we can order just about anything here and it will be a safe bet. Thank you very much for offering a satisfying breakfast to start our Sunday, Yum!
Second time here. Food and service is great. Eggs over easy or poached sometimes come out not as runny as they should be, but to me that means the food is coming out nice and hot. Clean dining and bathroom areas. Prices are reasonable.
A solid non-hipster/non-excessively-popular spot for good breakfast. The longest I've waited for a table on a weekend morning is 15 minutes. The food is good. The service is always nice. It doesn't hurt that it's close to home.
