Rib City - Arvada

I just have to say it's not very often you get a take out order that is correct! Everything was packed separately, sealed with no leaking. We had an order of the BBQ chicken dinner & smoked turkey dinner, both were moist with great flavor. They did not skimp on the portions and hey, who ever packed it....Thanks. Will definitely return.

I scored this only as a three due to I feel with my family's latest visit your ribs have gotten away from what you are known for and customer service is getting behind. The ribs used to be fall off the bone and easy tear apart and our ribs this night weren't. Our server seemed to also have too much going on for him. When he even was supposed to be ringing up my payment, he left my credit card out in open by your back register and continued to help other people for five minutes and then he forgot that I gave him my card when he made his rounds to our table again. That has me watching activity on my card very closely to make sure no one wrote down my information.

Excellent rib dinner. Some of the best ribs we have eaten. Good service. Will definitely eat here again .

We've gone to the Rib City Arvada location for the last 10 years and have a tradition of going almost weekly because we love it so much! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the food is the great with something for everyone and reasonably priced. We especially love Steph, because she always takes care of us. Highly recommend trying, you won't be disappointed!

Words can never Express my gratitude to the staff at Rib City for making my sons wedding stress free! The food was exceptional, as expected, but the staff went above and beyond in every way. There was never a moment that they weren't attentive to the wedding party or guests and they were friendly and accommodating. They will always be my first recommendation for catering and a good meal. Thank you Dana and staff for making our special day even more special!!
