We just picked up the Greek meal for 6 for dinner, and it was divine! I’ve been to Greece, and all the 4 dishes I ate tonight were more authentic than any Greek food I’ve had in the states. The ingredients were high quality- it was the creamiest, richest feta Ive had since Santorini. The servings were very generous, I didn’t finish all of mine. And the food was packaged well and warm and ready when I arrived. I am a very particular foodie and a rather good home chef, and I can attest that this place produces quality, delicious food!

I am enjoying their savory Hawaiian Caramel Pork, Couscous, Roasted Root Vegetables, and Guava Pastelitos. I have dinned in 5 star restaurants in Paris, Vienna, and other exotic venues around the world and cannot speak highly enough for this creation. They have earned my admiration and cannot wait to dine with them again.

I love this company that is so creative and nimble they completely recreated their business model to adapt to this new, strange 2020! They are now creating weekly dining experiences that you just pick up and bring home, it's so easy! The food is amazing - and I mean really really amazing! Thursday nights have become date night at our house - starring Fran and Tom's cooking! If you are reading this, go to their website and sign up under the personal chef ordering menu. You won't regret it!!!

We just got home from a fabulous evening at Castles and Kitchens! Celebrated our 25th Anniversary with amazing food prepared by Tom & Fran! Cuban Sea Bass & Pan seared Halibut with a wild mushroom cream sauce, browned red potatoes and yellow rice, an amazing fresh from the garden salad with a chocolate hazelnut tart to top it all off!! Couldn't ask for a better way to celebrate! What a wonderful meal with the best in friends!!

I’ve been to Castles and Kitchens 3 times in the last year or so. Their new location is a great set up to learn some new skills and cooking techniques! We have done classes with both Tom and Fran — we highly recommend! What I love about the classes is that it still has a homey, neighborhood feel to it — I’ve done cooking classes in New York City, Atlanta to name a few — this one is so much more hands-on and you learn the whys of cooking rather than following empty instructions that a chef is giving you. Will be making it a regular date night for us :)
