    Having had plenty of Mexican food in Southern California I have pretty high expectations. The food and portion sizes were very good. The service in a mostly empty restaurant was beyond slow and individual attention was lacking. We ate here 3 times in 2 weeks while visiting the area. The food moved the review up from 2 stars.

    I liked Los 3 Garcias because it slightly exceeded the expectations of a basic Colorado Mexican restaurant. The food, although wasn't quite warm enough, had exceptional flavor. The texture gave away that the foot sat for at least 5-10 minutes after being cooked. It was quality taste and ingredients, and there are several vegetarian options. Although it was not the best Colorado Mexican food, nor the most "home made", it was definitely quite decent and the service was incredible.
