Buffalo Wild Wings

This bdubs is really awesome. Them as a franchise have hit or miss on the customer service area but this location is a hit for sure ????. I ordered 25 wings, sides, drinks the whole 9 yards and it was ready in 15 ish minutes. Extra ranch a huge thing or carrots and celery. I go here quite often and am always impressed with their food and service.

Great atmosphere if you like sports. The service was excellent, the wings were phenomenal, but it did take over 40 mins to get 20 wings. Besides the wait, it was a pleasant experience.

Honestly, this place wasn't the best bww I've ever been to. And I used to love bww in the northeast.

Pros: waiter was nice and did his best to accommodate us with the TVs during the game. Kudos to him.

Cons: my food came out ice cold the first time. Sent it back, second time they messed up the order. Both times they forgot the blue cheese. And in the end the wrap was gross. And I knew the waiter knew it when he saw hardly any of it eaten. Like all crispy batter and no chicken.

Told the manager why I wasn't going to pay for it. He took it off. That was fine.

Maybe it was just a bad night. I don't know. But I probably won't go back there again any time soon.

I visited from out of town and this store is awesome. Best Bww I've ever been to. Clean, fast, fun, and Lauren the manager was so helpful!
