I went there with my wife and son and we enjoyed our visit very much. It is small and casual. The servers were kind and helpful and the kitchen is right next to the eating area so it gives a very intimate feel. The menu is small which I like and everything we ordered was delicious. I do feel the portions are small for the pricing but the quality of the food and the service justifies the cost. You should definately order the dessert. Best strudel ever.
This is the first time I had German food and I loved it. Or may be this place just made it so well that it made me love it. Either way, I highly recommend this place. I wanted to thank the staff because they were just fantastic. Good food, good service, good place. What more can I ask for?
The food is incredible and the ladies are absolutely the sweetest. I couldn't have been happier. I think prices are appropriate. The restaurant is smaller than I originally thought, but very cute. Totally worth going 30 minutes out of our way for.
Being German, I was skeptical if this restaurant would live up to my expectations, I am happy to say it far exceeded them! The food was fabulous and Gaby personally came to our table to make sure everything was perfect. I had the spätzle and it felt like I was visiting Germany! The restaurant is very cozy and cute! I absolutely recommend Gaby’s!
The best schnitzel in town!
Gaby is a warm and friendly person and her passion for food and friends is very apparent. She will definitely take care of you.
The menu isn’t huge, but what is there is made with local ingredients and fresh. We had the schnitzel on a Sunday along with some spätzle, sauerkraut stew (amazing), blueberry soup (wow), and some cabbage rolls. Everything tasted great and we had such a good time.
She also made us a special Christmas desert that wasn’t on the menu.
It’s a good idea to call ahead a few days so she knows how much food she needs since she’s just getting started.
