QDOBA Mexican Eats

We stumbled upon this place while in the shopping center, and it is now our new favorite Vietnamese restaurant! The pho is excellent, but the bahn mi is where this place really shines. You can choose with protein to go with, but we always go with pork, which is our favorite. Also, the bread is perfectly light and crispy and the veggies do a great job complimenting the pork.

I love their naked burrito. They put all the burrito fixing in a bowl.

Food was good and everything at this Qdoba seemed on par with your average Qdoba

Walked in at 9:30 just before close. Normally you would be met with annoyed staff... not here. These guys were laughing and joking while crafting one of the most thoughtful quesadillas I've ever had. Then there was a snafue with our bill and it was immediately rectified and we were gifted a cookie. Totally started off my night right and Im gonna have a great weekend too. Thanks guys!

I always go there late, when studying or such, and they are always open till the last minute and willing to make whatever. Also I order online, a lot, so I can just pick it up and head on my day, and it's always ready. If it wasn't right or got cold, they remade it immediately. Also since, I'm in at night, I've seen they do a good job cleaning, and cleaning the grills. I appreciate it. Being on West Colefax isn't easy and to keep up standards.
