Rubio's Coastal Grill

This place is incredible! The food is very flavorful and gourmet style! I got the three taco sampler and loved them all! The mahi mahi one was probably the least interesting of the three. I really loved the shrimp one and the classic. Definitely will be coming back! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing very nicely decorated! I can’t wait to try other items on the menu as I was very pleased with everything I had gotten. Definitely going to start putting rubios Coastal grill in rotation! Bodies by Farny approved!

New place to try while traveling through. The person taking my order was really great at customer service. I ordered the grilled salmon tacos. I found them great. There is a salsa bar to try various flavors of salsas with your chips.

Rubio's is as close to Baja Style tacos that you will find at a chain restaurant. Unless you live in SoCal, this is the best option! As a customer since the very first one opened near Mission Bay in San Diego, Ca I can tell you that even with menu additions and franchise changes, the food is as good as day one. Get the real deal, go to Rubio's!

For a quickly little corporatey little place, it was great! They put nice little spins on dishes, like my salmon bowl came with limed quinoa instead of rice, so good!

They had a nice little salsa bar and some fun drinks to select from.

The churros and coconut lemon bar were a nice way to end our meal.

2 entrees w drinks and one kids meal for $30.

This is a great place for fresh, fast food. There food is prepared fresh everyday from the vegetables that are delivered from farms to cutting and preparing them for the food. Preparing the salsa and more the fish and chicken is freshly grilled not packaged. I was completely impressed and the quality is outstanding. The best value and great for Aurora.
