Are you Team Hash brown? You have to eat here! I had the breakfast bowl and these were the best hash browns I've had in a long time. Everything in my bowl was perfectly cooked. We will definitely be coming back?

Coal Mine Kitchen is an enjoyable local restaurant, with excellent service. The place is clean, bright, and creates a fun and pleasant environment to enjoy a tasty meal. The prices are reasonable, and the food flavorful. Best of all, the staff are friendly and the service is quick and delivered with a smile.

When you enter, you can grab a menu and decide what you would like eat. Order before you are seated, and the food arrives promptly.

Went this morning- Welcomed immediately, love the layout and setup of the place, big coffee mugs, great food! Got the corned beef hash. Only thing is that they mentioned full service waiting staff, but we only got checked on once and had to go up to the bar counter to ask for a box. New place- worth giving some time. Great product though and worth supporting.

This was a bit different, you walk in, decide what you want, order, pay and find a table. Then you wait until it’s delivered.

Everyone that works at this place are really nice. I was taking a picture of the kitchen and the cooks waved to me, that was cool.

They have amazing crispy hash-browns, love them and the bacon. My husband ordered the coal bowl with the rice grits. Neither one of us liked the grits. It would of been so much better with real grits.

I WOULD go back but not eat the grits.

I thought the food was delish. I don't know what that the other reviewer was talking about with no signage and waitstaff. As soon as I entered, I was greeted immediately by 2 really nice people. There was a sign right up front that said to order at the register. I got the Colorado Hash and Chicken and Waffle. So tasty. Loved them both. Coffee was great. I would definitely go back!
