First Watch - Bowles

Today was my second visit and the first on a weekend. I highly recommend downloading their app so you can get on the waitlist before you get there.

One of their specials today was an egg and steak hash. It is, honestly, one of the best things I've tasted in a long time. We had a friend with us who has to avoid gluten. The menu had a ton of items for her and the waiter was well versed in other available options.

I love it! Breakfast was awesome. Went back for lunch, chicken pecan salad 1/2 and soup. Hit the spot! Green drink is super yummy! Thank you for opening, we needed this.

Went for the first time with my wife on Saturday morning. I was excited to try it out after seeing the menu online. We got there a little after 7, so there wasn't yet a crowd.

The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was fine. My wife had the carrot cake pancake trifecta, and I had the smoked salmon Benedict. Intrigued by the name and description, we shared an order of the million dollar bacon. I ordered the Morning Meditation which was a delicious drink. The food was fine, but not as good as I expect from a place that specializes in breakfast and brunch. The million dollar bacon falls short by about $999,999.

My wife and I agreed that we would much rather spend our breakfast time and money at Snooze or Toast.

Good breakfast place! Love their bread.... seems like the Southglenn location has better service and run more efficiently. Hoping that this one gets the kinks worked out!
