IHOP

I am trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt because I think the employees were doing their best. Having said that, the wait to get seated was long, the wait to order took a while, the wait to get the food after ordering took even longer, and the food is overpriced and underwhelming. Our service was slow to nonexistent (server never checked on us, we ran out of water and had to go get our own hot sauce from the server station). This isn't my first time dining here but the mediocrity is consistent.

I live now in Italy. So when I'm in town visiting my family I always like a great American breakfast. I've now been 3 times and it's always a pleasure. Thanks and job well done ????????????????????????

Staff was awesome and attentive. Our waitresses were nice and friendly to our children which is always nice. Food took a little longer then I'd like but it was good once it got to us. We will be returning.

I'm personally really not a fan of IHOP. Usually the service is slow and the food is pretty bad. This location, however, manages to separate itself from the pack and provide decent food with great customer service. Our waiter should have been working in a fine dining restaurant. Very attentive and provided a personalized experience. We will definitely be back the next time the kids want IHOP.
