Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza online and when we got to the store there was a line out the door due to the staff's management leaving the night staff not prepped for a busy evening shift. The quote was an hour and a half for new orders and online pickup was delayed 20-30 minutes depending on size of pizza. The staff kept their professionalism and thanked everyone for their patience and you could tell they were doing the best they could with what they were handed off for their shift. I highly suggest management of this Papa Murphys be there to help their staff, as no management was present, so the staff working doesn't have to deal with angry customers yelling at them for something that is not their fault. Staff working did an excellent job 5/5 stars for the employees working. Great job keeping it cool.

It's always busy, but the kids who work there are positive, happy & working very hard!!! They know me by name & love returning customers!!! I think they are AMAZING!
