(November 21, 2019, 10:09 pm)We ventured out to Tony Rigatoni's last night (11/20) for my birthday dinner and upon our arrival we found the restaurant was closed. A gentlemen coming down from the bar upstairs caught us as we tried entering and explained that he closed the restaurant because of the snow and lack of customers. (If you aren't from Colorado, Morrison is a little town west of Denver) What ensued was nothing less than SPECTACULAR customer service! While we didn't get to eat, we weren't sent away without many apologies for our troubles for our trip, but we were also given a small gift card and a piece of tiramisu for my birthday. Come to find out, who we had met was one of the owner's.
Well done sir! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We will be back! -
