Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

We stopped in one afternoon for a quick burger while Christmas shopping. We were impressed! The fresh cut fries were excellent and the burgers were fresh, hot and juicy! Very tasty! I like their frozen custards the best. In a time when other chains are lowering the quality of their desserts, Good Timea continues to improve. They also have some fantastic fries. They have promotional burgers that are off the wall ideas and taste great! And who doesn't love a restaurant that gives your dog a bone and sells dog ice cream. (Paw Benders) Mmmmm......Good Times!!!

Ok, let me start off by saying that I love Good Times! They have amazing, quality food, and I support their business practices.

But this location specifically has a shift manager that had no idea how to treat people. I have been to this location close to weekly for the past three years.

I had a previous order done incorrectly and was supposed to have a credit on the books. Ill spare the details, but when asking about using my credit I was told that any record of that had been thrown away. The shift manager became dismissive and didn't even ask if I would still like to order. She just quipped "did you need anything else?". I don't care about the free meal, but I do care about being treated poorly as a paying customer. I have never been treated as poorly as I was during this visit to Good Times.

Update: There is a new staff now and they seem to be much more enthusiastic about their place of employment and service. Much better customer care now!

Love this location!! My order is always accurate, fresh, and customer service is 5⭐

Stopped by today for lunch with a couple of friends. Victoria took our orders, she was an absolute delight! A few people showed up behind us, but the increased line did not phase her. She kept upbeat, gave excellent customer service the entire time we were there and was absolutely on top of getting our orders out to us. Wonderful service, the food was great, will absolutely return to this location when I'm in the neighborhood. Thank you Victoria!

Some employees are great and will make my special request and I always offer to pay extra to get it. Other employees claim they can't make it regardless. ???? I just want a breakfast burrito with extra/more potatoes than egg. Earlier this week and yesterday's!!! employees!!! made an absolutely awesome burrito, best ever yet!!! Today's employees declined my request, said they couldn't do it as they are premade. Well then how come the other employees were able to other days this week?
