He takes the time out to make his rounds to see how everyone's dine in experience was, that is a great manager. My family and I would travel the extra miles to go to this location because of the great customer service we get here! KUDOS

(October 6, 2019, 1:39 am)This is for Mike at the sandwich shop at 88th and Wadsworth. After receiving a very underwhelming sandwich made by his coworker, Mike resolved any issue I had. He listened to my complaints and took action to fix the problem. I left with a delicious sandwich and a smile. I always say “it’s not the mistake but the recovery that matters.” Thank you Mike!
