Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Very good meal and what we expected at Olive Garden. Server was exceptional. Promptly greatest us. Checked in frequently and always smiled. Most of our meal was timely. The entree was a little slow, but a group about 40 was also being served. One comment. It is odd that there were empty tables yet a wait in the lobby before getting a table. Appears they need to staff better. This was Saturday night, predictable you would be busy and need to be fully staffed.

The restaurant could change their meat and sausage sauce. I do not like sausage. So I'm limited to other sauces because there is no ground beef only for sauce.
On the other hand, their parm crusted zucchini is to die for!! Yum!!

The service was great but the food is just so so. The waitress was awesome. Between the four of us, we tried different dishes but this place just doesn't do it.

Hit or miss on orders. I ordered an appetizer that featured three items. When I got home with my to-go I noticed they left the ravioli out of my order. I called and spoke with a manager who was very pleasant and told him I’d just like for the next time I come in to receive the ravioli with my order. He said because I was so kind about it he’d instead send me a $20 gift card. Two months later still nothing. Like I said, I would have been just happy with the side of ravioli instead I’m left with nothing but a missed promise.
