Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Great place to eat, the food is versatile and inventive. You can tell the cooks love what they do and love the food they put out. If I could I would eat here every day just to get to try each cake they put out daily. Great job Snooze.

Ryan, Ryan, Ryan. Dude!! Where do I start? This guy is the real deal. You are simply the GOAT. This guy had the best attitude, and the most welcoming vibe. Ryan was always smiling and just kept surprising us. This dude is super professional; he is a SUPER HOST. Dude was full of passion. Ryan was not your typical server, thus the word 'host'. I have been to all different branches of Snooze in Denver, but this one has become my favorite. Not simply because of the super delicious food, but Ryan really made my decision to leave a review so simple. He deserves some recognition. Snooze, you are lucky to have this guy working for you. I can't say enough about you Ryan, but the least I can say is that my friend and I were very fortunate and lucky to have you host us. It's so different when your host makes you feel like they love what they do.

And to the chef behind the scene, the food you made was spot on. Everything was simply perfect. Great food+great vibe+great host= perfection.

I recommend getting on the waitlist via Google maps if you want to eat here, easily a 60-90 minute wait. But is it worth it? Kinda, service is good and friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The dishes we got off the griddle were good, French toast and pancakes were excellent. However, the coffee is very watery and has no flavor. Also my breakfast burrito was very poor, bland and not great. So I guess it's up to each individual, try it for yourself.

The service, menu, atmosphere... everything is simply on point! I'd highly recommend! Stop by the bar and get a yummy coffee from Ryan, the barista! I can't wait to come back for another visit! ❤????????❤
