(January 14, 2020, 7:50 am)Well. The initial visit, coming in.. was not so good. The play area was so bad, with an entire drink spilled inside the actual play space. Trash all over, food remnants under every table.. the tables and benches covered with stickiness.. trash inside the play space itself. It was really bad to be honest. But. After speaking to the manager and staff, the play area was promptly cleaned enough to enjoy our time. (Still not able to use the slides) that was obviously a mess made by un-supervised children. As was the whole play space. Parents. Please pick up after yourselves.. to make these people clean such nastiness.. they need a cleaning crew just to keep up. Either way! (Jessie) rocked cleaning the area for us.. thank you. And the sweet girl at the front counter (Jazmin) really made our experience awesome. Thanks everyone at this location.( D.S.)
