Salsas Mexican Restaurant

The meals and service were above my expectations. I absolutely enjoyed the vibes of this restaurant. Nice spot to take my family out for dinner.

This has been my go to Mexican food place for YEARS. Green chile that is always spot on, and red sauce that is just too delicious. Was in recently though, twice, 2 weeks apart, and I gotta say that the service is seriously lacking. Not sure what happened, but both times, we were there during not busy times at all, and the service was incredibly slow and confused...having to confirm our orders several times, getting the wrong drinks, etc. Also, on the booths they put these sewn fabric shoulder strip rests or something that make sitting in the booths really uncomfortable. Which between the bad service and not being comfortable while eating, I have to say I don't think I'll be back. I'll miss it, but would rather be able to spend my time at a restaurant not trying to adjust and get comfortable and struggling to get the right drink.

This is a quaint little hole in the wall spot that is for me a must try. The green chili has a lot of great flavor and just the right amount of spice. I have been there a few times but I'll tell you about my most recent visit. We had the Ceviche for an appetizer and it was super fresh and bright in the flavor. I followed that up with a crispy chili rellenos plate. They had no problem with a small substitution I made to my plate. The food came out quickly and the food was hot. The servers do a great job of being attentive without crowding you. I cant wait to come back.

On my last trip here I ate there 6 times in four days. I had most of the menu and wasn't disappointed in anything. I

Great green Chile. Requested it extra hot and they added habaneros to the batch of Chile. Most places won't do that and give you Chile that's not even spicy. Appreciate them doing that for us and man was it hot! Vegetarian friendly options also.
