Today was at this store, August 8,202. All items are beautifully displayed on shelves and in produce dept BUT my rating is including important factor of customer service which needs addressing. My comment about rudeness is not the only one on here. The guy in liquor dept was flat out rude. The deli dept was very disorganized. 4 people working behind counter but ignored everyone that was waiting. Finally when a gal asked what we wanted , she was very attitudinal; in looks and actions. Why doesn’t the store address need for needed improved customer service???? Better to go down road a little further.

My partner loves to joke that I’m addicted to the deli here. The service is great, the sandwiches and wraps are sublime, and apparently this is the only place in Durango that makes a decent smoothie.

Lovely grocery store. They have all the things and more. Health foods to home products.

Clean, well organized. It was a joy shopping here. The people of Durango are lucky to have such a beautiful place to shop for life's necessities.
