“Went there a few weeks ago. Ordered a bowl with the seared fish in it, lime and cilantro rice, beans, veggies and salsa. The fish was well-prepared and there was plenty of it in the bowl, the vegetables were nice and fresh and the rice well-seasoned. Even though I was told that the salsa was spicy it was not very spicy but luckily they did have hot sauce available. The seasoning of the bowl could have been more peppy but the balance of ingredients was good. There was quite a line when we went in but the service was reasonably swift. We also ordered their prickly pear margarita and their Jamaica drink. The Jamaica drink was really good and tart, the Margarita suffered from bad tequila and general ill-balance. If you want something more fresh their bowls are pretty great but don't expect a flavour explosion and stay away from the margarita.”

“Amazing restaurant with a lot of healthy food options. It can get pretty busy during lunch (which is a good sign) but rest assured it’s worth the wait. It was very nice of the staff to apologize for extended wait which showed that they cared about customers. We got some soups and salads which were ready in minutes and we had only good things to say. Very fresh, decent portion, and priced right. I wish they had locations in other cities in the country - it’s be our daily place to visit :)”

“Amazing service. Amazing food. It is clear that a lot of love and intention is put toward the customer experience at The Yellow Carrot. We're visiting from out of town and had no idea what we were stumbling into. After a week of eating a lot of bad-for-you food we were in need of a vegetable, saw this place while driving and decided to give it a whirl. So glad we did because it was an unexpected delight. We had the summer squash bisque, spinach dumplings, and creamed fish - and all were packed with flavorsthat took us on a unique, yet pleasant culinary journey. 10/10 recommend.”

“The pizza shop is part of a small convenience store. The smell as we got out of the car was absolute reassurance that we were in the right place though. The pizza is fantastic.
