The Legendary Silver Dollar Saloon

We stopped in this old saloon that was frequented by Doc Holliday back in 1883 since he lived across the street. Many features throughout the building are original from the windbreak, to the bar. We were seated in one of the two booths in the bar which were the seats from the train which brought pieces for the bar from Missouri. Such a neat experience. Oh and the food was great! I had the pulled pork sandwich and my hubby had the reuben. Both were great! Ask about the picture of the ghost and check out the old piano.

Best service I have had in a while. Fast service and the good was amazing. Reuben sandwich was great and grilled cheese was super cheesy. The old building was fun to look at and plenty of atmosphere.

Be adventurous with your food if you're traveling, step away from the burger and fries. Some un-ordinary food on the menu but give it a shot. Great food.

Great bartender, Matt! Eric is an amazing manager! Great food and drinks! They just renovated it and it looks beautiful! Very historical bar to come see!
