Cool spot in Estes Park for a good burger and beer! Had one of their rotational beers and the Mountain Jim Burger. Was a perfect medium rare and the fries were fantastic! Great bar tender and awesome service all around! Will definitely recommend and come back again!

So good. If I wasn't restricted on carbs, I would have really loved to try other dishes. Had a cheese tray that was amazing and the simple salad with buttermilk and chive dressing. Boys had steak and eggs. Generous portions. Loved the place. Very unique food and wonderful staff. You are definitely making your mark in Estes. Will be back.

It was recommended that we have dinner here by our hotel. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. We found the food to be just average and having spent $50+ for a couple sandwiches and salads, we had hoped for better.

The building is beautiful and comfortable. All of our food was delicious with fantastically sized portions. The menu has some unique items such as the duck carnitas crepes which were AMAZING. Good drink selection. The service was great. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Bird & Jim is one of my favorite restaurants in Estes park; every experience, whether for lunch or dinner, has been excellent; I've visited this location 4 times to date, and plan on returning soon!

The restaurant has a beautiful view of the mountains around Estes park, visible from most parts of the restaurant; I really finds that this adds to the experience of dining here, especially after having spent all day in Rocky Mountain National Park. The interior sports a modern, colorful style, and I'd say most parts of the restaurant have abundant personality. It's quite comfortable, and it's typically easy to have a conversation in here, even when it's busy.

The food and drinks are stellar; the signature cocktails are excellent, and I highly recommend the Kentucky Penicillin if you want a stiff drink that feels refreshing. Food-wise, it's hard to go wrong with anything on the menu - the burger and the meatloaf are amazing, and some of my favorite choices any time I come in! Though, if there's a special, be prepared to jump on it. The desserts at Bird & Jim are also amazing - their on-staff pastry chef is creative, and executes wonderfully on every dish. The bread pudding is A+, though the seasonal pie that I had on my last visit was incredible, as well.

Service is fantastic; the staff are excellent, and have been excellent on every visit that I've made. We were promptly greeted upon sitting down, and shortly thereafter we had our drink and appetizer orders taken. The frequency of attention was well-balanced; we never had to wait too long to order more, but weren't overly bothered by the server either. The staff will also go above and beyond occasionally, which is greatly appreciated; we had a 9-year old with our party who requested hot chocolate, which is not on the menu - but, our server and the pastry chef made one anyways with the ingredients on hand. For the record, it was also amazing hot-chocolate.

I can't recommend Bird & Jim enough - it's really one of the best spots in Estes, and I'll be returning whenever I can!
