    We have definitely had issues here with getting orders wrong but they always fix it. The staff is always extremely polite and friendly. We've never had a major issue with the way the food is prepared. The dining area is kept clean the bathrooms are also clean.

    I always have the best of luck with this particular store. I love the managers assigned to this location. The crew is always friendly. It’s by far the cleanest fast food chain in Fort Collins. I would recommend this location to anyone.

    They close early pretty often. By that, I mean their sign and website say they're supposed to stay open til 10pm and frequently they are closed by 8:30 or 9 when I drive there. It happens a lot.
