(January 9, 2020, 1:32 am)The best menu in Fort Collins! Don't miss this awesome restaurant that is a favorite for locals in the know. Russ and his staff continue to impress their regulars with new specials and a world famous, extensive variety of craft beers on tap. Great atmosphere that makes you feel welcome and exceptional customer service top it all off.

(January 7, 2020, 5:09 pm)I love stopping here for lunch when I am in downtown Fort Collins. A real butcher (you can take out some great protein cuts), that doubles as a deli.
A large room with a good number of tables. Right as you enter a bar is on your right, this is where you place food/drink orders. Once your meal is prepared your name is called from a counter at the back of the room.
Freshly ground burgers, top notch deli cuts, fresh ingredients, a ton of hot sauce bottles to try make for a great lunch/meal.
Bar has a dozen or so taps, with great local/regional selection of beers.
