I always enjoy going to Dickey's BBQ Pit in Fort Collins. The food is consistently good; the service is top-notch; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. In a word: yum!
Good food with complimentary ice cream cone... But overpriced. I don't need or want such a big meal... I prefer the kids meal and price!
My boyfriend and I went to Dickey's at 8:45 on Monday, which was 15 minutes before they closed. We got to meet Jerald, Tanner, Jessica, and James. They were extremely kind about us coming in so late and even let us eat there and stay until 9:20. They said the mac n cheese didn't have a lot left so they gave us all of it and then an extra side. They were so nice and friendly to us, it made us want to eat there all of the time. The food was delicious, and they let us make a root beer float for free when we were done. We were so happy and felt incredibly welcome while we were there. It was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We will definitely be coming here to eat more often!
This is one of my family's favorite Sunday spot. Kids eat free and free soft serve. What more could you want?! They food is great too. I love getting "the Western" sandwich with polish kielbasa and pulled pork. Staff always greets you warmly and thanks you as you leave. And finally, big yellow cups! Love them and will bring them in for discounted drinks when you come back.
First time was this weekend. Initial impression of this store is cleanliness is a priority. All surfaces were clean and nothing on the floors. Quiet dining room except for the interesting lady in front of me asking about a catering sized order for that same afternoon and making a huge deal out of it as some folks are likely to do in public. Finally I got to order a mix of sliders. Brisket, pork and turkey to sample all their premium meats. Friendly and quick service, price was a little over 8 bucks for 3 really tasty sandwiches. Combined with the 3 slices I got next door at Handlers, it was 20 bucks and a nice 1 stop shop for yummy local options.
