Ginger and Baker

Delicious. I enjoyed the steak and eggs breakfast at the cache. The hollandaise was savory and complemented my steak nicely. My over medium eggs were a near perfect over medium; something I rarely experience eating out. Our server was great! Management stopped by to see how our meal was. The atmosphere is quite with warm balanced decor of wood and metal. The music was good. I would go here again to try other dishes. A plus; I'm supporting multiple local families by dining here.

There are too many reasons to visit this place, the pie is way too good, I recommend the coconut cream pie. The place has many faces, from a bar to a bakery, to a restaurant. I'm sure you'll fin whatever you are looking ford. Also the history of the building is amazing, how it went from being forgotten to become what it is today. Ginger is always very nice, amazing person. Definitely will come again soon.

One of the Top 3 meals I've ever had! The cocktails were fun, the menu was incredible and seasonal, and the ambiance was trendy yet comfortable. Every single thing I tried was perfectly seasoned and beautifully composed. Service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices, while higher than our usual night out, were quite reasonable considering the quality. We will absolutely be returning for future special occasions!

Great place to eat, awesome atmosphere... For any 20 year plus native of Fort Collins, who ever owned dogs, horses or livestock, walking into the beautifully renovated feed store, nostalgia is definitely a good description of the atmosphere. However, that feeling definitely continues to subside and a feeling of "home" replaces it as the great food, cocktails and staff definitely made this a must visit destination for anyone who enjoys eating out. And they're not overstating that their pies really are good... They even have a vegan pie that was just down right tasty. I didn't think that would be possible, but I was wrong.

What a delight! Ginger and Baker is outstanding! While in Ft Collins, I frequented this lovely find for coffee, lunch and dinner over a three day visit. Each meal was fresh and flavorful, with a farm to table emphasis. The ambience of the Cafe and Cache were cozy and upscale, yet very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this bakery/cafe/restaurant. And the pies!!! Oh my, they were better than any pie I’ve ever eaten! And the gift shop was an added bonus! Loved every single detail of ‘Ginger and Baker’!
