Jay's Bistro

We enjoyed a delicious meal at a company sponsored dinner. We all felt cared for and genuinely welcomed. Service and food was excellent!

Simply Superb! My husband and I made reservations for our wedding dinner here Dec. 28th. Colin gave us Jay and Jackie's table in the bar area. It was a magical evening shared with another couple friend. Dinner was delightful and our chocolate flourless cake was delicious! Our server, Abbie, was attentive but not intrusive. Thank you for making things so special for us.

Colin helped me set up an elegant office party in a private dining room to meet my supervisor's fancy expectations. He was very polite, helpful, and timely in his responses and accommodated many planning requests (such as setting up a corner with appetizers for a cocktail hour before dinner). He and his fellow waitstaff that evening were wonderful and attentive. If you are looking for an upscale restaurant for a private event with excellent service and food, this place suited all our needs!

We had our Christmas party here for about 35 people. The room was private and decorated nice. The food was AMAZING - everyone raved about it! The drinks were beautiful and very tasty. But most of all the staff - Madison and Abby made sure everyones drinks were full, attended every want and need that we had, and did it all in a very professional manner! You can tell when the staff is happy to work at an establishment when they go above and beyond to make sure your time there is perfect! (Also - shout out to Colin for always responding so fast to my emails to get this all set up!) I will be back to Jays Bistro and I highly recommend it!

I’ve never had a bad meal here. In fact, I’ve never had any less than an excellent meal here. No gimmicks, nothing particularly trendy, just very high quality meals with a very high degree of culinary artistry. It’s a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space with occasional live music. The wine list is very good as well. This is where I like to go in ft collins for special occasions.
