Los Chingones

The service was really good, we were sat quickly and it wasn't very busy. The food was ok, the tacos were really great, but the enchiladas were so so. The margarita wasn't basic but wasn't thrilling either. We'll go back and try a few other options.

Los chingones was not bad at all. I love their green chili I usually do not like green chili especially if it's chunky. But theirs was perfect. They don't have many options of drinks, I personally like fruity drinks and they only had 1 fruity drink they make and it tasted sour. I hope they can add more drink options at the bar.

Food is very good and the menu is not overwhelming and complex, which I appreciate. Service was prompt and attentive. Would have given 4 stars except this place is LOUD when crowded. Those with hearing aids may have some difficulty here during busy hours. By the end of the meal it was a relief to get outside to some quietness. Also, they make you pay for basic chips and salsa. That was definitely a negative element for me. All that said, I will likely go back at a less busy time because the food is quite good and given inflation the prices are pretty good.

Well well well, finally a good Mexican restaurant in Ft. Collins! Super impressed with the taste of the food here! Great salsa too. Definitely going to be out go-to for Mexican food. Nice decor is a bonus.

Los Chingones is definitely a new favorite! There is such variety and flavor in the salsas, drinks and tacos. There was a group of three of us for dinner, and we worked our way through the majority of the menu items. Everything was phenomenal! The staff was very friendly and despite how busy they were, they all seemed like they were genuinely having a great time. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and she even introduced us to the owner. The atmosphere is modern, clean, lively and fun. We can't wait to come back!
