Mackenzies Pub & Grill

Great food here, and the service is really good too. Have had about everything on the menu and theres nothing that isnt good. The beers on tap are good, and good selection of canned beers. Full bar too. Had the pulled pork sammy, was pretty good. Ask them about their specials, as they routinely have food and drink specials that are nicely priced.

Great place to go after golf

A very good little bar-and-grill place designed to serve those golfing nearby, but the food is good enough to visit even if you have no intention of golfing. It's a comfortable room with plenty of outdoor seating as well, and pleasant views of the course and driving range. They cook the burgers on a real grill outside, and the seasoned fries are very good, too.

The hours aren't entirely predictable, alas ... they surf the flow of traffic, and close late or early depending on the weather and activity on the green. If it seems like a lousy day for golf, expect that they might be closed before suppertime, but in fair weather expect them open 'til 8 or 9.

Fun staff, nice owner and a view of the driving range and a couple of holes of the golf course.
