Mama Roni's Pizza

I called the location nearest me and they said they don’t deliver to our neighborhood and to call the other location. I called this location and they said the other store delivers to us. I told them what the other location on Shields said and the woman who answered the phone put me on hold and immediately escalated to her manager. When she came back she took order and they are delivering the pizza! Thank you for providing excellent service and going the extra mile. I’m really impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved.

The pizza is good.
Hopefully they get your order right the first time and not the 3rd time. If they mess up your order they try to make it your fault. (They said "she hung up before we could confirm to remake the pizza" - no, the person on the phone said "okay, we will get it ready', and tried to hang up. She stopped her, and repeated the order to the person on the phone a second time and then confirmed how long it would take to get the order ready.) Showed up, the pizza isn't ready. Then the pizza is ready but again it is wrong. Finally got it right on the third time. It wasn't a difficult order - one of their specialty pizzas plus jalapenos.
So, order your pizza and open each box to confirm it is what it is supposed to be before leaving and you will have a good dinner. (Pizza order on the ticket was correct but didn't match what was in the box.)

Just had my first pizza from Mama Roni's . It was great! They have good customer service, nice clean surroundings. Loved their music SiriusXM. Cooks were awesome. Will be back.

Had a gluten free pizza that was very good. The rest of the family had regular crust and they thought that it tasted pretty giod too.

I love the pizza and pizza rolls here! The price is pretty awesome for the size. My pizza is always hot and the staff is very friendly and prompt. My go to pizza for sure
