Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Red Robin used to have some of the best burgers and fries in town and that was years ago. The current food is at best mediocre (not the fries, those are still good enough to happily make a meal of). Burgers are regularly overcooked and dry. The service is passable, but not excellent the last few times we went.

They're not a bad place, so if you just want a sit down location with an ok burger and other food that tries to make up for it, you wouldn't be wrong to head here. I would just say that if you want an excellent burger, this isn't the place to go.

This is one of our favorite places.
We always like their menu of burgers & choice of side dishes. We often get repeat servers, who make it fun to be there. The option of having neverending refills on our side dishes means that we never go away hungry!

Not a bad place for a burger and a beer. They have lots of options for a meal, and plenty of things to choose from. When I walked in I did stand around waiting for someone to seat me, I eventually just sat at the bar because I was unsure if I needed to be seated and no one was available at the front. The lady at the bar was very kind and made sure I had what I needed. It’s a good meal, but I will say it tends to feel over priced. That being said.. I am a fry guy, so bottomless fries always bring me back.

We take care of a gentleman that is IDD. This was his first time in a restaurant. The staff was very accommodating, understanding of his disabilities, and respectful. It was a great experience for all of us. I recommend anyone who takes care of someone that is disabled to come there. Thank you to all that served us and made this experience so enjoyable!

Great service as always, super efficient and friendly. My mother had seen a coupon for 21% somewhere online and had no clue if we could use it so we asked the kitchen manager (I cannot remember his name unfortunately) if we could apply it, he looked over it and saw no problem so he went ahead and applied it. That was a very kind gesture he did. He also checked up with us after we had received our food to see if everything was up to spec, which it obviously was. He was a very nice gentleman, and we had an overall great experience again. 6/5 stars.
