Stopped for 'a' beer and burger. I ordered a basic bacon cheeseburger. Not disappointed. I asked it to be done medium and it was spot on. Was served with the lettuce tomato and all of that too. I usually just take the lettuce off and enjoy the bacon cheeseburger. ???? great place in Fort Collins if you want to get craftmade beer and food. There is no other full brewery and food place like this in Fort Collins.

Fantastic beers and great food. A wide selection of beers so there is one (or two) for everyone. Only downside is is the noise/acoustics. Other than that, red truck is worth the visit.

We come here frequently..mostly in summer so we can sit outside with our dog. The food is good. My picky daughter likes it. Last night we sat inside. The atmosphere and acoustics are lacking..so loud you couldn't hear the singers. The cafeteria style bar ht. table and stools are uncomfortable. The place is big enough to accommodate some lower booths. We are seniors and noticed a few more also. We would stay longer and therefore spend more money if more comfortable.

Really seems like Applebee's opened a brewery. A truck stop themed brewery that fulfills its marketing theme. Decent truck stop style food fast food and OK beer. Good live music with poor acoustics.
