    Best food truck in NoCo, by far. They use seasonal, local ingredients to create amazing flavors. I ordered the taco plate with the hazel dell mushroom tacos and trout tacos. Highly recommend! But warning they are a little spicy!!

    Blown away by the food! We had a large order and everything was delicious. Standouts were the smoked trout tacos, the hazel dell mushroom tacos, and the duck tacos. I will seek out this truck in the future- the food is that good!!

    Full disclosure, I am his stepdad, but this dude can cook! You should give him a try. This level of gourmet food is just not the norm on food trucks. He's not just a cook, he's definitely a chef!
