    This Starbucks is the best. Staff is always on top of their game and keeps the line moving! I've had the pleasure of being helped by a girl named Carly, I think she's a shift manager or something but she always has a bright smile and her laugh could turn any frown upside down!

    I have been coming to this Starbucks location several times a week for about 5 years now. In my opinion this is the best location in Fort Collins. All of the baristas are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience here, and whatever drink I order, it is always delicious and well done. Thank you for all you do!

    Today 2/2/2020 was such a rough day for me, and the 2 ladies working their shift at 11am was so kind and so sweet to me. I was in doctor appointments all day and having rough a day with home and they made my day in more ways than one. I would like to return the favor to these ladies if the store can contact me :3 Starbucks should hire more people like them. 5 stars for excellence and up and beyond the call of customer service.

    Not too busy. It is smaller so it can be over crowded. Nice staff.
