Tacos El Diablo

Love the food we got! Though we have a few good Mexican/tacos in the area- this is the best in Fort Collins hands down. I often find myself missing the great tastes of the food trucks in Texas, and have always been under-whelmed - Tacos El Diablo brings it back! Full disclosure- I've only tried the 1lb Birria Tacos so far, but they're authentic and amazing! Every part of the meal is top quality. Tortillas, beans, salsa, consomme, onion mix, hot oil (never had before), meat- all amazing, all quality, all authentic and delicious. If one loves the regular local expectations, they might be disappointed by the over-whelming authentic great flavor and quality.

Absolutely delicious food, piping hot and fresh. Guy was super nice to us as well and even recommended trying the quesabirrias which were absolutely amazing. Fantastic service and fantastic food. Definitely coming back

One of the best taco food truck in Northern Colorado. Super friendly staff! Located on Lemay just North of Prospect on West side of Lemay in the liquor store parking lot.

I get 2 asada and 2 pastor tacos every time. The meat is super favorable and cooked to protection. Cilantro and onions plus limes is a must. Use the green salsa they give you because it’s fantastic abs not spicy at all.

High quality food and unique menu options. This was my third time and each purchase was a different item so good I'm not sure I'll be able to get something new without craving what I've had before. Conveniently use a pager system so one doesn't need to stand in the weather waiting for the order to be prepared. Multiple payment options accepted. Kudos to the patient staff for explaining menu options to me. DoorDash will pickup from here.
