Burger King

We stopped in on Sunday night the 28th of April .We had a coupon for a free Whopper with a drink and side item. Ordered the meal,but found out when we went to get our drinks that there was absolutely no diet drinks available. When I asked for a refund for the price of the drink because I was not paying $1.89 for water,the manager did give me the money back.MAYBE NEXT TIME THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE NOT DISPENSING CERTAIN PRODUCTS THEY COULD TELL YOU AHEAD OF TIME OR POST IT.IT IS ONLY GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS TO INFORM YOUR PATRONS....

This Burger King has ALWAYS made our order EXACTLY as we've asked without mistakes. They staff has always been friendly and courteous. To be honest, as I write this review I'm realizing for the first time that this location is probably the best location over ever been to as far as getting things correct and attitude towards customers. It isn't very large but it's not very crowded either so can't complain there either. Keep you the good work folks. We appreciate it ????
